You probably need to coping strategy. Like other post have suggested, exercises is a good way to cope with anxiety. Above, find a link to an article on the topic.
Also, find a way to structure your day. If you like coffee, start with a cup of coffee each morning. Buy yourself something comforting, a bathrobe, or pair of pajamas, that makes it easy to relax in the morning. Find a blog or newspaper to read in the morning. At your lunch hour, have something special to look forward to, either your favorite soft drink, a favorite candy bar, or favorite fruit. Find a way to relax at night, too: a favorite show, a cup of warm milk, or an ottoman to put your feet up. The key is to be consistent, to establish routine, and to find things you will look forward to throughout the day.
It's important you find a support system. This means either a friend, or a professional therapist if needed. Try to find what causes your anxiety. Take mental health seriously. Get help if you need it.
Good luck to you, and I hope you find peace.

I know a great website that can help you. But before I give you the link I just want to say something to you... Keep on fighting and never surender! Most people think that once they got their medicine they can stop fighting because the medicine will do the work for them. Wrong! It's good to always do little stepps to fight anxieties or depressions or whatever it is... You can't beat these things at once, but every day you make small stepps that someday bring you to an end of suffering and your life becomes much better. This has happened to me. I suffered from depression for 18 years. I fought for 4 years and I totally beat it, and it was really strong, I tried to hurt myself several times, but it wasn't worth it. When I look back I can see that everything is possible when we keep fighting, giving up is what kills us... So if you do feel bad, nothing is lost yet and I'm very happy that you fight and you do WANT to fight your problem. That is something very precious you got there...
You can check this great website that shows how it's possible to beat depressions, anxieties and control stress naturaly without any products... All I can say is: It works!

I've had some issues with anxiety, and I didn't want to go down the medication road. I saw a naturopath who suggested taking magnesium supplements, plus a good multivitamin. This really helped, as anxiety is often caused by low magnesium levels.
Also good is Rescue Remedy, from health stores - you just drop a few drops under your tongue, and it REALLY works - I had great success with it on a long-haul flight recently, and it comes in a tiny bottle which fits easily in your purse or pocket.
The other very useful thing for me was taking control of my breathing. When anxious we all seem to breathe rapidly and shallowly, and I have found just holding my breath for a count of 10 after I breathe in, and again after I breathe out, calms everything down very quickly.
Good luck - you really can stop it from happening.
