that i eat? how can i prevent my hair from falling out???

Depression and a Lack of Iron that is all. You can get a blood test from the doctors to see if you are anemic. they give you tablets or you take iron tablets it makes your poo black but worth the efforts.good luck.

There are a couple of matters that reason losing. First off men and women lose approximately one hundred hairs an afternoon. Second matters like pressure, hormonal alterations throughout puberty, being pregnant, menopause, ect can reason roughly losing. Products can do it too. Some men and women are touchy to distinctive shampoos. Unless your hair is rather popping out like through the handfulls I would not fear approximately it. I am losing like an extended haired cat correct now! LOL.

Stress is the #1 cause of hair loss, so stop stressing yourself first. Average haif that falls out each day is 80 to 100, so you are probably okay.
Hair is made of protein so eat plenty protein like eggs, white meat, beans, and tuna. Lastly, keep your hair clean everyday.

Yes hair WILL fall out from most on the market shampoos' as they contain CETARYL ALCOHOL as one of the first three primary ingred. this is extremely drying to the hair causing breakage. Best bet is to find an all natural shampoo and conditoner..Always makes a nice brand full of sage, olive oil, hemp and jojoba oils as well as a whole bunch o great natural stuff for your hair. Hope this helps..read the labels and steer clear of ANY PRODUCT containing this ingred. as one of the first 3..although its best to find a product that avoids it entirely. Good Luck!!!

stress is the main reason for hair to fall out. It could be shampoo, but unlikely. It is definately not food.

Have you been exposed to radiation? That can do it.

I don't know about food. Shampoo shouldn't unless someone added some Nair to it - piss off a girlfriend/boyfriend lately? I've heard stress can do it, but I don't know about that personally.

As to diet, not eating healthy or over-using vitamins and supplements CAN have some ill-effects.

However, if you can, go to a DOCTOR.

well, i'm pretty sure everyones hair falls out at one point or another. mine falls out a lot actually, and i'm only 15. i think the reason mine starts shedding easily is beause i always dye my hair so maybe thats why.

My hair started falling out because of stress. Is there something in you life that is causing stress... then get rid of it.

See what PH have your shower water. Water can damage your hair more than shampoos or other factors does.

water pH must be 4.5 5.5 .
