lice are attracted to really clean hair... because it is more suitable for their environment... even if you wash your hair with shampoo all day you cant get rid of them...
so people use that special shampoo that targets them...
yet the easiest thing is too not wash your hair... it will get all grungy and stuff... and they cant survive their... lol

They can get body lice, but not head lice since they're bald.

No, bald men don't get lice, because lice thrive on hair follicles and produce their eggs there. If there is no hair, there is no possible way they can live on your head.
