This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

Back pain controlled my life... every so often I'd be floored by a severe attack of back pain. In desperation, I'd drag myself along to my doctor or a chiropractor, or get prescription for physiotherapy or some kind of medication.
And often I'd get some very temporary relief.
But the pain would always return.
And after three months, sometimes a year, I'd be back where I was before, needing to visit my doctor again, then the chiropractor or the physiotherapist, and on and on.
It was an endless cycle of pain, and ineffective, temporary treatment... like trying to stop up a dam with sticking plasters.
I did not understand why I could not find permanent relief. And when I asked the "professionals" I got nothing but evasions and long-winded explanations that said nothing more than "I don't know".. I simply wanted to know what was wrong with my back... what was causing the problems? And what could I do about it...? i then found PainMedsOnline.Net . Tramadol is what finally helped fix my poor back. http://www.painmedsonline.net/tramadol.php?c=A . Tramadol Online Drug Uses: Tramadol is used to relieve moderate to moderately severe pain. It also may be used to treat pain caused by surgery and chronic conditions such as cancer, back pain, or joint pain. Tramadol works by decreasing the brain's perception and response to pain. Tramadol also reduces the size or magnitude of the pain signal passed from one nerve to another. at painMedsOnline.Net, I buy Tramadol Online without a prior prescription! Which really helps my budget since I do not carry health insurance and a trip to the dr. is just to expensive.. I hope this Information helps you to recover your life lost with chronic pain.

What is causing your back to ache? If it's that you worked (or played) hard and it's sore, take a warm bath and then lie down for awhile with a moist heat pad. Take some Ibuprophen too. If you have injured your back, you should see your doctor.

You can try taking Motrin every 6 hours or if you tolerate Tylenol better, you can take that instead. Try moist heat - take a hand towel, wet it really good, wring it out well and heat it in the microwave. I would have it checked out if it does not go away soon as it could be an orthopaedic problem that needs attention.

Ok seriously speaking, you did a right thing asking it here before you could go for it. Semen won't help at all with the toothache. And don't make this a joke. Just visit a dentist, and get it checked. Your fiance did give you a wrong suggestion, taking the decision is your part.

First, I'd try taking some pain killers like advil or tylenol. If that doesn't work then I'd talk to a doctor. They might suggest treatments or even exercises that would help reduced your back pain.

Get the Monkey off your back.

1. Could be a manipulative spouse or one who spends every peny you earn.
2. Could be some unreasonable work pressure - or an unsettled issue in your business.

So, identify the monkey and deal with it.

Really depends on what you did to injure it. If it's muscle strain try either heat or ice. Avoid sitting at all cost walk or stand is better. Try taking ibuprofen every 4- 6 hours. If it's not better call your doctor.
