He could have mange.

That could be hot spots, ticks or a skin infections. Take your dog to the vet. If you cant give him a warm bath and wash him with a medicated dog shampoo. This will stop the itching. Then apply some flea bath. Dont use conditioner or anything. That inhibits the flea meds. If it doesnt get better withing a day or two get to the vet. its something more serious .

This sounds like hot spots - I'd recommend taking her to the vet for an examination and medication. Hot spots are very painful, and the more the dog licks at them the worse they get.

Definitely sounds like mange. Get your dog to the vet immediately.

The vet it's very simple the dog has allergies and a few blood tests a different diet will be fine.

Could be that he's got fleas and is allergic to them, mange, etc. Take him to the vet before her gets a blood infection!
