Children and the elderly are more suseptable to having serious problems with illnesses that adults can normally fight off pretty well. Even if it is just the flu, he probably isn't too well hydrated by now, I'd take him to the doctors to see about getting it taken care of if you can. It could be worse than the flu and you wouldn't know. Better safe than sorry!

Could be the flu. Has he been eating in between? Has he been on a liquid diet (broth and plain toast). In general, a child should see the ped. after three days if no improvement. YOu want to avoid dehydration. Keep his stomach empty except for little sips of water, gatorade, pedialyte or broth. I'd give the ped. a call.

i suggest you see your doctor. They may be able to give him something. he mgith be serverly dehydrated too, because the fluids are not reaching his body. He may have an infection, fever or just a the flu but it is better to be safe and get him checked out professionally.

I think he has a really bad case of the flu. Keep him in bed and put a trash can next to him just in case. Hope this helps.

A child can become dehydrated more quickly than an adult. Your child needs to be seen by a doctor.

instead of sitting in front of the computer asking a bunch of strangers what to do you should get him to the doctor!
kids dehydrate very quickly and need to be monitored.
