No, it's not for me. It's for a research project. When I say people/things I can't marry, I mean like cousins, siblings, inanimate objects, plants, and homosexuals in some states. If there is a list somewhere, pleeaassee help me.

Hhhmmmm, a "list" no. I think you are looking for laws. Marriage is usually defined by the statutes of each state. I'm pretty sure you can't marry anything that qualifies as a "thing". Massachusetts is the only state that allows same-sex marriage, but that's only through case law and not statute - if that makes a difference. As far as what degree of relation you can marry, generally I don't think you can marry a brother/sister - including half-siblings, step-siblings, and adopted siblings. I think it varies from state to state as to what degree of cousin you can marry - but I don't think it's illegal to marry your first cousin in some states. Minors can't marry without the permission of their parents in many states. Does that help?

My only guess is that each state has its own list. Check the revised statutes for the state you are interested in.
