it depends on what kind of sight seeing you like to have, such as night view or amusement park or shopping.
you can find a lot of night life in hong kong, such as LKF area, Wanchai area for clubbing and bars, also, a full sea view in toppest floor in Aqua bar (1 Peking road, TST).
