No. But there will be issues down the line. There is no way the 18yr.old will have the coping skills to deal with a mature adult in a relationship. Whether it be listening skills, being able to really say what they want to say, etc. The 30 yr. old will just have so much more experience in life and the 18yr. old will have to be willing to take the backseat role in the relationship more than likely.
