Rescue Remedy is a good thing to use in that situation. You can get a bottle of that at a health food store for around $17. It covers emotional issues around upsetting and strange new situations for the cat. You just shake the bottle very well and put three or four drops on the fur between his ears. Treat as intensely or for a long as you sense he is distressed.

He will certainly be happy to be in your bedroom with you at night as he will feel more secure there and will not be under any threat, real or imagined, from strange new cats.

The moving is an adjustment, Also the new cats. One on these cats is going to show the other 2 who is boss. Keep an eye on them but, do not lock him in a room alone. He will think you are punishing him for no reason. Give him extra attention and reassure him you are not leaving him. They might not all be friends right away but, they will learn to co exist.

I'd keep him separated from the other two unless you are home and can monitor their behavior. Stay with them at first and watch to see how they get along. Once everyone seems to tolerate each other you'll probably be ok to leave them all alone. It's natural for hissing and growling at first...you can use a spray bottle with water to shoot at them if anyone get's too aggressive.

Get a towel and rub the cats with the same towel. They will come to accept each others scents.
