are you talking paper ones or cloth? paper ones you can get at dollar stores or why not buy yards of fabric to cover your tables. you can probably get alot of fabric for cheap at a fabric store.

Buy the fabric and make them yourself It is cheaper and you get just what you want If not an option try the party stores or a rental place that would supply tents and tables for events they would probably have them. Making table cloths are not that hard you can even do them buy hand. Measure the lengths and widths of your tables go to a fabric store or even Wal-Mart (probably cheapest place) hunt around tell the sales lady what you have for measurements they then can help you with the yardage all you then have to do is cut them to the size you want add enough for a small hem pin the edges for your hem and do a simply stitch for the hem so even if you don't have a sewing machine you can sew them by hand this is something you can do while sitting in the chair watching TV and because its a tablecloth no body is going to be looking at the hem so if you don't get it perfect it is ok and all you have to do is wash them and save them for summers outside cookouts parties or just through them away or you could even give them away if you do well enough and they don't get that dirty

I'm in your corner - I'm 'ew' about plastic table cloths on the tables. Cloth, or nothing would be much nicer. Do you have an alternative to the plastic ones? If so, tell her (politely) that you want to use some other table coverings that you are buying yourself. I don't think you can tell her no and then expect her to pay for what you want. But, surely you can work something out. Best of luck and many wishes for your future happiness

Go to a place that specializes in setting up tents and tables for parties. I'm sure they'll sell you some of their paper tablecloths.

I'd look into renting them. Many party supply places rent tableware and cloths. Just call and ask. Unless you just don't need that many, you'll probably never use them again.
