What are some reasons that the Friar is directly responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet

He encouraged the two of them to get together, and helped in the plans of it all happening. His idea was that if the two join in marriage, then maybe the two families could coume together with peace. In the end he got the peace he wanted, but only at the expence of the two lovers dieing.

Well Friar Lawrence could have handled the marriage of Romeo and Juliet differently. He had good intentions but he should have encouraged Romeo to at least wait a few days. Friar Lawrence also should have encouraged Juliet to tell her parents the truth about her marriage instead of telling her to fake her death.

I think the biggest reason was because the Friar was keeping their affair secret because he thought it would make matters worse, although by the time the story ends, it's pretty obvious that it may have helped ameliorate the feud between the two families. Didn't the Friar express his regret afterwards?

the reason is as so:the friar never took the time to bring them back together again, he needed to wait for them both
