This actually happened to me too for a while. (I'm 16 , 15 at the time.) Anyway, it started out as I just felt weird or prikely when I stood up, and my vision would blur with green. Kinda like Sun glare. It only lasted for a couple seconds, so I always just ignored it, and didn't let it hinder me. Once, I was laying down, and when I got up, everything did go black, and I couldn't see a thing, although my eyes were open. (I stayed calm, but it was a scary thought having to go through life blind...) Anyway, it only lasted a few seconds.
Eventually, it started to diminish in strength. I only feel like that every so often now. I'm not really sure what's wrong, but it's pretty much passed for me, maybe something some people's bodies go through as they mature. For me, it's still going away. I hope it's gone in a little while.
I haven't gone to the doctor for it, but I recommend you do. (I probably should still ask the doc. about it.) Like the others said, could also be a vitamin deficiency or blood pressure problem. Then again, it might be something entirely different. Anyway, I know it was a major pain in the neck to have that happen. Hope you get better soon.

You tell your parents who call you in sick to school tomorrow and get you to the pediatrician right away.
That is exactly what you do.....right now.
Don't mess around with trying medicines or waiting to see if it goes away on its own. Blacked out vision and dizziness could mean a serious problem and must have medical attention right away before you fall down a flight of stairs, hit your head, break a bone.....you getting the idea here?
Don't wait - go tell them NOW and get better soon.

It could be Hypoglcemia. Low blood sugar. Get it checked. And assuming that's what it is untill you see the doctor, stay away from sugar, natural sugar in fruits are okay. Don't skip a meal, and eat in between your meals, a bananna, apple things like that. Good Luck!

your kinda young, but it might be a Vit B-12 deficencey
If you do a vegan diet, add some Vit b-12 pills
If that don't help have your folks get you a DR and have a blood
test done
I went thru hell with this for 4 years, 7 out of 8 Drs said I had the flu

#1 - tell your parents and see a doctor.
The most likely cause, assuming you are not on some sort of medication, is fluctuations in blood pressure. Your heart has to get enought to your brain to function. If the pressure is too low, it can cause black outs.
Talk to someone Good luck
