My birthday is coming up 2 weeks from today, and do you think it would be a good idea to invite him to my party? It will be a bunch of friends... i'm not sure...

just talk with him at school and get to know him. After a while you could flirt with him for a while. Then if he still doen't ask you out, just do it yourself

go slow and ask him if he would like to join U for a movie or ask him out to eat....U know...something simple.
