Christians know that those workers are going to have to be put to death. It is not personal, but God commands that it be done (Exodus 35:2). Does that also include anyone who made food for themselves, because that can be work? That would include the preachers, since this is their job and they do it on the sabbath. And yes to the people who will point out that the Jewish sabbath is on Saturday, but the Christian on is on Sunday. Does that mean both days are off limits?

Jesus healed on the Sabbath? He deserves to be put to death then, oops he did die, obviously deserved. God said that because he rested on the sabbath that all other should as well. It is the law.

In attempting to make your misguided point, you neglected to realize that you quoted from the old testament and the old law that was used before God sent Jesus into the world to live. Jesus was crucified and it all happened because He was taking the place of forgiveness for us all, even you. We are not bound by the old law any longer. Now we are under the grace of God and the blood of Jesus which was shed in our behalf. It is wrong for anyone to kill. And it is against the law of the land which we are all bound by. If you break the law you will be punished for murder and that is death in some states. Any more questions? I have just one, what day do you choose to make your Lord's day? When do you observe your Sabbath? Ooops! Officially that is 2 questions. Sorry!

You need to read the Bible more. Jesus healed on the Sabbath, and broke the law. But you can do good on the sabbath, so therefore, the workers are not to be stoned. Also the laws in OT are no longer followed.

Then you would be working on the Sabbath. If you then killed yourself, for working/ killing on the Sabbath, you would still be working. I am so confused right now!

Smoke a bunch of kind bud and sit on the couch all Sabbath. That obviously is the only way you will be safe.

I think as long as you only stone the ones working on Sunday you are ok with God. You will get a special place in heaven.

God bless!
