man its ur life not thiers so ur the one have to make the right choice u gonna live that life not them they wont be there when u live it .
u have to chose what suits u .

i would probably leave. i for one dont feel that your parents should tell you who you can fall in love with. but that would be me, and other opinions may differ. but if your parents are choosing your wife for you, then i would most definably get out. that is the ONE decision they shouldn't take away from you.

I would tell my parents i want to marry the woman i want. Not that you tell me to marry. This is someone special that i should pick out. I am going to be spending the rest of my life with her not you so back off... that what i would do

i'd say: i don't believe in arranged marriages. i believe in true love. if someone is to get married, they should do it because they want to, not because they have to.
