I think your first answerer probably has it right. I always have cold hands and feet. I also have a lower than average body temperature (around the upper 97's- 98) and low blood pressure (98/55)(not low enough to be a health hazard though).

My daughter's hands are cold also, likely poor circulation. At worst it could be Raynaud's syndrome. Are your toes and limbs cold as well?Do the tips of your fingers turn white? Try using a heating pad to warm things up. Good luck.

I have that all the time now recently. Strange to me because it is always there suddenly. I have a feeling it just may be the climate, though I'm always indoor in a warm enviroment, then it would just be that you are always nervous, or possibly in a bad mood for no reason. I find that when I am happy, they are not there. Hope that helps you, get warm

It could be poor blood circulation, Rynaud's syndrom, thyroid problems, a lot of different things. If it bothers you that much, go see a doctor, to find out for sure.

Poor blood ciculation, see a Dr. as it doesn't sound as though u
are taking Vitamins. If r in U.S. a Pharmasist would alo be happy
to help you with Iron, Vitimin C, etc.

That's how it is with some people. It's normal as long as your hands don't turn blue and numb all of a sudden.
Wear gloves whenever you can.
