I've done the ham, turkey and PBJ sandwich. I need something else healthy to take for lunch.. i'm so brunt out on sanwhices. Please help. I'm kind of picky too. I like most things plain, like no mustard, mayo, etc. What are your suggestions?

Try cereal hot or cold, waffles with fruit instead of syrup, pita bread stuffed with your favorite steak, chicken or veggies, make yourself an h'ourderve platter..stuffed celery, bits of summer squash, brocolli, cauliflower, crackers, different types of lunchmeat, chicken salad w/grapes and pine nuts, pickles, olives, pickled things like okra, beets, asparagus, etc. The ideas are endless.

How about a salad without the greens. Red peppers, tomatoes, scallions, cucumbers, a pinch of fresh mint, a pinch of oregano, and a little salt and pepper and a viniagrette. Add some canned tuna. Try some roasted chicken or grilled salmon. You could also add some feta or another cheese. Delicous!!

Some left-overs from home. How about some soup and crackers. Grilled cheese sandwich My kids used to make a meal on cheese, crackers, pickles and peperoni or some type of meat.

fruit, veggies. Try rollups instead of sandwiches. Use tortilla shells(flour) Or even use romain lettuce leafs. Crackers and cheese. Pasta salad. Plenty of alternatives.

Do you have access to a microwave? Then just dish up portions for the next day. If not, there's always string cheese and yogurt.
