ANA antibodies are anti-nuclear antibodies, typically associated with lupus or Sjogren's disease. Anti-RNP antibodies are typically associated with mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), usually seen in lupus or scleroderma. Anti sIL antibodies are directed against interleukin receptors in synovial membranes, usually seen in rheumatoid arthritis.

The ana is one of the things they use to tell if you have lupus, rhuematoid arthritis. but other than that i don't know.
