Do you mean why is there no weight difference between an empty and a full disc?

The difference in weight is so small, it could be measured in electrons...so, nothing you could ever possibly feel or measure at home

it is just 0 and 1 inside yr CD, it is apolrarity of electrons inside the item

Because all you have done is change the polarity of the byte in question. But you knew that.
