It sounds to me like you feel this is all out of your control, and it very possibly is at the moment. I have felt like you many, many, many times. My own solution has been, believe it or not, in nutrition. That crabbiness is so frustrating when it happens over and over and you can't control it. For me, using a supplement called phosphatidyl choline has literally solved the problem. I take 1260 mg a day in divided doses. You might want to give it a try. Also make sure you're eating meals regularly and not skipping in case the problem is related to your blood sugar levels. With regards to not liking yourself, this will change as well with the same supplement but it takes a little longer. Do check it out; you're worth it!

Hope this helps!

Well it really sounds like a case of low self esteem , and you really need to work on that. You look in the mirror, and you do not like youself, well you need to be able to look in that mirror, and really like who you are, and how you look. As for the lieing i guess you are not a good lier, othewise he would not be catchin you in them, then again you may what him to catch you in lies. And you are not a total loser, or fu*k up. This is all in your mind and how you look at yourself, and right now you do nothing but cut yourself down, so going to a therapist and working out some issues would be a good idea, cause you have some issures that you have stuffed so deep, and really do not want to talk about them to anyone. Well I think that it is time that you go, and get these issues worked out, so when you look in that mirror, you actually like yourself, and have great respect for yourself. And get help for that lieing before you loss your boyfriendl Plesse quit thinking that everyone out there is seeing you as a loser, casue that is not true, that is what your mind is telling you, and you really need to get healthier, and not think things like thaty. So get some help for some of the reasons you can mentioned here, and do it as fast as you can.

You may need to examine your diet as too much caffeine, sugar or greasy foods can effect you mood. You will find that eating more healthily(that means eating sensibly and not any kind of severe diet) can have profound effects on your periods, your general health, fitness and your sense of well being. Also remember that alcohol is a depressant and shouldn't be over indulged in. Nicotine also affects your mood.

Well, if you didn't lie, no one can catch you in a lie! If you tell truth, you never have to invent it! So, atleast one part of of your problem is in your hand.

You will do well not to hate your body and to love it, accept it and nourish it so that it stays with you for many more years. To do that, you may just need to clean it up of all toxins. I don't know details of your problems and so can't give you better advice. If you need, pl. don't hesitate to write. Blessings to you.
