First off...always capitalize the word "God" Second we need to believe their is a God in order to answer your question. Now getting back to the question at hand. Yes I believe in life on other planets. Are they people? Maybe, we need to define what a person is exactly. The possibilities are endless. Warp 10 Scotty!!!

This is another of modernist theories, there is no reason to think that this is so, to say that God could have done this and therefore must have, is imature logic, you can never explain one mystery with another.
