This guy and I had a late afternoon date. It didn't last long because he had another commitment that evening. We were basically getting to know each other....it was very casual. Later that night after he got home he called me. We both had a great time and he mentioned that we should do it again. So I thought that was a good sign. But now he seems to have backed off some..... I'm getting mixed signals....I've been playing cool, but what should I do?

Keep doing what you are doing, don't call, email etc, Let him come to you if that is what is meant to happen. Hard to do I know I am going thru the same thing.

Get rid of him it sounds to me he has someone else out there in the picture Confront him and see what he does and says Watch all his reactions to the question Tell him you just need to know where you stand and even if your not quite ready to be in a committed relationship is there anyone else If for no other reason than you need to know who he is being with for STD reasons you want to know that he is safe to be with and not just hitting all he can

Maybe hun you should make the move? Just to find out if he's interested, you may have been playing it too cool....
If he backs down from that then you know for definite.
