You may have something called excited bladder syndrome.There is a prescription for that.Otherwise try staying away from juices at night.

You really need to give a bit more information - how old are you, is this a problem which happened suddenly or has it gotten worse over time?

You could try reducing the amount of fluid you consume after 4 or 5 pm (so it's out of your system by bedtime) and avoid beverages with diuretic effects (caffeine drinks) and see if that helps.

What you really should do, though, is call your doctor and talk to him/her about it as it could be indicative of a problem which requires medical treatment.
