It touches the anus and perianal area -- that's why you wipe after you defecate :)

Of course it does. Why do you think they invented toilet paper??? And no matter how careful you are, you can't prevent it from touching you. It's no big deal though. Excrement, or poo as you call it, is totally natural and as much a part of life as breathing. Don't get hung up on it!!!
