Heres the problem. Let me tell you from the start. I started getting pimples in 5th grade already. now im a freshman. I have some acne scars on both side of my cheeks. When i go in the sunlight, you see red blotches and its disgustingg!. Im an asian with oily skin. I need help!!! does this mean i have uneven skintone?

The red sopts are acne scars. Thye might fade away on their own if they are not too dark. Exposure to sunlight will make them darker.
They have fade creams (also called skin whiteners) that will lighten the spots; just dab a bit of it on the scars twice a day. You can usually find them in the "ethnic" section of drug stores. Or, go see a dermatologist and he/she will give you an RX for the exact same stuff if you can't find it in your area.
I'm not Asian, but I had acne when I was a teenager.Luckily I outgrew it, and I get nothing but compliments on how clear and even my skin tone is.

Supposedly, uneven skin tone is really about your skin's color evenness around your face. When you have acne scars, it doesn't nessarily mean that you have uneven skin tone. Instead, you probably have "uneven skin".
It depends on how severe your acne scars are. Theres really no special cream that is going to completely demolish acne scars so the best option is to see a dermotologist and s/he will give you adive on how to treat them.

Use L'Oreal True Match foundation and loose powder over it.. You can get it by Jane, it is called Loose Translucent Powder. Apply a moisturizer before, and then put a light amount of foundation on and then the loose powder, so it wont look cakey. If you use pressed powder (the kind in the little compacts with the mirror) your face will look very caked on. Use loose powder and get a good foundation that covers. I like L'Oreal True Match or Maybelline.

YES TAKE A COTTON BALL DIP IN CLOROX AD RUB OVER FACE EVERY NIGHT FOR ONE WEEK WORKS GREAT.
