I was watching one of those home improvement/makeover shows on TLC the other day and they had redone the floor with a ceramic looking tile that actually had an adhesive back. They said it was actually textured to feel just like a ceramic floor, although it wasn't. Would anyone have any idea where I can find something like this? I have looked all over the internet and have not come up with anything close. Thank you!

I'm not aware of of an adhesive backed tile with ceramic texture.
Vinyl tile or vct is an adhesive tile that may have a ceramic looking pattern but it will still feel glossy like vinyl. There are also real ceramic tiles that do not require mortar or concrete board underlayment. The have a composite wood backing and snap together like laminate. The grout lines are then filled with a grout-in-a-can product. Both of these floors are available at Lowe's

I used a laminate flooring that was called Stone effects. It snaps together and it is textured and looks identical to tile. Have pictures if needed.

Was it vinyl tile? A lot of them look like cork or ceramic. We just installed some in our sunroom, and it's very easy to lay and inexpensive. We used DuPont TrafficMaster.

Lowe's has them. My parents just remodeled their kitchen with them.
