I am currently a full time student, my earned income was less than $2k. Is there any type of break I get? My parents pay my tuition I know they can use that as a deduction. Do I even have to file? My parents dont have any loans out for me as well. Thanks

You might want to file a return to get a refund on any Federal Taxes that you had withheld. Make sure that you do not claim your own exemption as your parents are entitled to claim your exemption on their return

I believe your parents can claim you as a dependent and as such you cannot even claim the standard exemption. Sorry no breaks for you. Look in the instruction book that came from the IRS and you should find the answer to your question. Or go to IRS.gov and look it up there.

If that's your total income, you don't have to file a return, but if anything was deducted for federal income taxes, file anyway to get it refunded to you.

You specify "earned income" though - if you have other, unearned income, then you might have to file. Without details, it's impossible to tell.....

Yes, you should file 1040EZ. You probably owe very little taxes and may even be entitled to a refund, if you had wages withheld.
