there could be a number of reasons for her knees hurting. my advice is to go to the GP and let them give you the right prognosis. It will also put your sisters mind at rest good luck.

My grandmother has the same problem. If you don't know why her knee hurts, then maybe you should ask the family's doctor. I hope this helps! :)

It could be arthritis, which you can get at any age, but she should see an orthopedic doctor to be sure
