I'm just hanging out having fun baking today. I just tried to make some Valentine's Day Treats and they didn't turn out. So, now I have one cup of melted milk chocolate, and I'd like to find another recipe to use it in rather than just dumping it in the trash. Anyone have any good recipes using melted milk chocolate? Thanks. :o)

If you have some roughly crushed nuts make chocolate brittle. You can also add cornflakes or rice crispies and spoon it, individually on to a baking tray and chill.
Also sweetened dates taste great dipped in chocolate and chilled.
Or add a couple of beaten egg yolks and, heat again, when it cools add some whipped cream for a cheats mousse.

Find a quick brownie recipe and add the chocolate to it (in addition to everything else). Even a box brownie kit can get you there. The melted chocolate will heighten the brownies.
