Yes you can its from Microsoft and I forget what it is actually called but it is quite expensive . as to yet I haven't seen it on any of the free downloads . I think its because it is a major tool for the Police departments for tracking down people so it is much in demand . I think its a morphing program called Re-aged or some thing like that . hope this helps you ... vortash ps I think most of the morphing programs have a facility to age morph .But not quite as accurately as the Microsoft one

The only other software I could find is one made by April, age progression software. They don't even list a price. You have to ask for a quote. Gives you an idea how expensive THAT little program would be. Or, you can upload a photo at this first site for the low, low price of $99.
