Ask if he wants you to come over and watch a movie or something. and have some soup. Be sympathetic.

If you know he's not lying then why would you have a reason to get so upset over it? Coming from a guy, it probably doesn't mean much, but I would understand if my girlfriend became sick and she couldn't make it. I can understand perfectly that you would feel a little abandoned or mistreated, but it all wouldn't make any sense to feel that way because he isn't feeling good. However, if I were sick and I said that I would take my girlfriend to a movie the previous day, I would still take her no matter how I felt.

If you know he ain't lying why are you even asking this question?. If you believe him then just say 'no problem some other time perhaps'.
Get a pizza and a movie stay in, look after him or just give him time to get better and go out another time.
Your reaction should be that of a person who is sad to hear he ain't feeling well if you believe he is telling the truth!

You are allowed to feel disappointed that you cant spend the day with him but to to be angry is childish and immature. Go to the city with a friend or alone. If you box yourself into a life where you only exist when you are with your boyfriend you will always be let down. Enjoy him when you are together but when you can't be with him find things that make you happy and do them don't just sit in your room and mope. You will be a happier person this way.

If you know he's not lying then what's the problem. Sounds like you should make him some chicken noodle soup, buy him a 7 up and go check to see if there's anything you can do to make him feel better. He's probably disappointed too.

If he is genuinely ill then cut him some slack! I've just split from someone who can't cope with my health problems & know that when you feel ill, all you want is support from the person who is meant to love you. Arrange to go for that movie as soon as he feels better, in the mean time send him a sloppy hope you feel better soon text.

I'd feel very disappointed, then go round to his house and make a light easy to eat lunch and arrange the day for another time.

I'd be disappointed, but seeing that you know he's not lying, maybe you could ask him if he'd like you to come over and keep him company. Don't get your feelings hurt if says no,...some people just don't like to be around anyone if they're sick.

If he's really sick, you shouldn't pout and make him feel bad. He very likely feels bad enough, both physically and emotionally, already. Tell him you are disappointed, but you understand, and you'll take a rain check, and that you hope he gets well really soon.

Well whats the problem if he isn't feeling well he isn't feeling well pamper him and make him feel better. You can always arrange to do it another day!! It was nice of him to suggest doing that in the first place.
