Your pup can dehydrate and die from this so back to the vet you need to go. Or are you waiting for the dog to die? Two weeks is way too long to have the runs.

It could be a minor virus, the foods to rich or parasites. Has your vet done test for parasices yet, if not have him do so. Most breeders dont let pups go until 8 weeks old because of the food and parasite issue . In connecticut its illeal for a breeder to sell a pup before 8 weeks. I know, I breed labrador retrevers. Put your pup on boiled ground beef (no grease) and runny rice. If you want you can put in babys oatmeal instead of the rice. This will work to stop the runs and settle his stomach. Keep him on this for a few weeks then gradually over a week put him on a premium dog kibble science diet puppy small bites is the best.
Not too rich and is all natural.

I'm not sure what is causing it but lets concentrate on stopping 4 now as even a week is way 2 long dor that. I feed my J.R. white
cooked rice when he gets it he's 4 so maybe a tablespoon for the
little one a couple time a day. If that doesn't work go to a good pet
store and ask someone of knowledge for the Best Diaherra Stopper they have. I think he is being over fed, getting table scraps can be the worst, as it's hard not to, but in fact u r being
kind, r treats, some do the same to my dog, so I cut him off.
It's hard to be a new MoM eh? That an also dehydrate him 2. I wish you all the best of luck! Sores r open till 5 in Canada.

You should take the puppy back to the vet ASAP. Your dog can get very sick if it is only 6 weeks old and has had diarrhea for 2 weeks! The vet should test it's poop for other things besides parvo.

Its normal for puppies to have runny poop once and a while but 2 weeks is not a good thing. I suggest giving a little serving of rice and lean ground beef (little because of the dogs age) and plenty of water. If the dog isnt drinking water and having the poops it could become life threatining because of dehydration. Another visit to the vet should be in order as well.. Good Luck To you.

Mix some rice and chicken(no skin)together. Feed the pup, give water. No milk.....................never! Continue the rice/chicken meal for several days or till the stool bulks up. You should never let an animal go so long with the runs,it could kill your pup if you don't take care of it. If you need lessons on pet care, contact your vet and ask questions. The vet wouldn't test for Parvo because of the runs, I don't know who you are kidding. Also, has your pup gotten all the required shots?

Have the Vet check a stool sample, take three different sample with you, separate them. Sometimes an intestinal Parasite like Coccidia will give an animal diarrhea but they do not shed the eggs in every stool because of the life cycle of the parasite. So do this and see if it that, otherwise it could be from the food change that the Vet had you do.

I agree with the other responses about returning to the vet or, at the very least, call him.
If you're giving milk...stop!!!
Canned pumpkin (plain...not pie mix) is a good fiber.
Give him a chewable Imodium AD - I do that with my dog and it generally only takes the one chewable to stop the diarrhea (this is approved by vets, by the way).
Give him GOOD food...I use Merrick. You can get this at pet stores - not at your grocers. If they don't have Merrick, get another NATURAL food. You might also want to give him half natural kibble and half natural canned.
If none of these suggestions work, either get him back to your vet or find a new doctor for him. This has gone on entirely too long!

Get that puppy to the vet along with the mother dog and any littermates just in case the vet wants to keep the puppy for observation.

Tell your Vet that
you need the pup
to have a stool test.
Sounds like Parasites.
So dangerous for a
very young pup to have
the runs that long.
