Canola oil. Or any vegetable blend. Or, skip it and use unsweetened applesauce. You can even do half oil and half applesauce. You won't notice the difference and you'll save a lot of calories!

Regular Vegetable Oil is what it calls for. Although I've found that if you use Olive Oil, it makes them VERY moist.

It dont matter... but try fish oil..it would bring a certain tank to your cupcakes.

use melted butter instead. it will give the cakes a nicer taste and wont make them as oily as they would be if you used vegetable oil or something like that. i hope this helps xxx
