I am wanting to cook something new that I have never had. I like bold tasting, quick, affordable recipies that fill you up!

What's a good pasta, or caserole, or whatever that you suggest?

www.allrecipes.com I love this site.

Also, at www.KraftFoods.com you can put in what ingredients you have on hand and they will give you a recipe to try.

It's hard to give you an idea of what to make not knowing what you have in the kitchen at the moment.

One good one I like that is really fast:

Clean chicken cutlets and place in foil lined pan.
Pour italian dressing on top and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, depending on how big your chicken cutlets are.
You can eat them just like that, or cut up and toss with any type of pasta you like.

Good luck!

Make some Green chili chicken enchaladas. You need 4 cans of old elpaso green chili sauce, a few chicken breast diced or sliced thin and lots of cheese. And a can of dice mexican tomatos. Cook chicken in pan with sauce and tomatos add whatever season you want. Take either corn or flour tortillas and wrap chicken in them put folded side down on baking sheet and cover with the last two cans of sauce, and lots of cheese. Bake for 35 minutes and serve. enjoy if you want spicy add some jalapeno

Try this:
Brown one pound hamburger and as much green pepper as you like
Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 to 3/4 can water
Stir together and it will thicken
Pour over Chow Mein noodles(from a can)
For best results place some noodles in your plate and eat immediately because it is better when they stay crunchy.
I just call this my Chinese dish.

I mashed together something last night...sesame noodles. Soy Sauce, Peanut Oil, Hot Sesame Oil, Rice Vinegar, Peanut Butter and the Pasta of your choice.

The only problem is the proportions...referencing a recipe below...you can keep it simple.

Rack of lamb? Pan sear it first, then bake @ 400 for like 15-20 min, depending on how you like it. Chiken wings? Toss in flour, bake @ 375 for about 30 min, flipping once.
