Find a good teacher. I struggled with algebra and geometry until a teacher realised I just hadn't grasped the basics. After spending a few hours of one to one tuition I suddenly was able to do as well as the others in my class.

Most colleges offer remedial math classes to help prepare you for the harder classes you listed. Don't be embarrassed, allot of people take these classes to re freshen their math skills. They take you back to the basics and will possibly make things seem easier. They also teach you how to make better study habits. Go to Student services and ask about signing up for one. Good luck!

The best way is to confront your fear and take a couple of math class's. Math is just formulas, once you learn and remember the different kinds of formulas for the different kinds of math, then its not such a challenge anymore.

Hire your own personal nerd to do your math for you. Or never wear shoes so you can always use your toes when figuring out very difficult problems.

Buy a whole bunch of math books. Tear the pages out. fill your bed with the pages. Sleep in the pages.

Practice im not kidding. and if you are shy than do the problems in your room by your self. or tell them to your dog. your dog doesnt know if you are doing the problem wrong. or your baby i mean they don't know.
