Theirs nothing to worry about..i just recently started having sex with my fiance and let me tell you people over exagerate saying that it hurts and its painful its really not especially if the guy your doing it with takes it slow like mine did at first you just feel like some pressure and then everything else happens it maybe unconfortable at first but it will be fine! But dont just have sex because everybody else is doing it if you dont feel comfortable than maybe you should wait a little while longer dont feel or get pressured into doing anything you dont want to.. I hope this helped and good luck with it. and where PROTECTION lol.

The sex or the panic?

For sex: Don't allow yourself to get in the same situation. Do public dates or group friend dates whatever. Something where it wont come up.

For the panic: figure out if it is really what you want. If it is then find some way to make it a special occasion and stick to it.

Thing is, maybe you panicked because maybe that person isnt the right person for you.

When you panic, you are not ready for sex. Date somewhere in the public, like a restaurant, etc. Don't go to the house....not until you are really in love and ready for sex.

Stay out of situtations that could lead to sex. Date in public. Say goodnight at the door. Problem solved.

maybe you panicked because you are not ready to have sex yet.
you do not have to rush sex and it is alright to be/stay a virgin
if you are being pressured for sex when you are not ready, get away from that person as they would not pressure you if they really cared.

be cool...

WAIT until you are REALLY ready you'll know when the RIGHT time comes into play. Don't follow the pressures of others.

if you are this nervous then you are not ready... just take your own time, not the partner's... go at your own pace... and dont think about it too much... when you are really ready you will know it..
