Why do my boyfriend and I ALWAYS have an argument when we're drunk?

There are things that are getting on your nerves that you are not saying when you are sober. Your guard is down when you are drinking and you are letting it fly (as is he). You need to try to discuss your these things and what it is that is bothering you both while you are both sober.

Cause you both think your right and neither one of you should be talking to each other when your drunk,because you can't talk to a drunk

well, you two get too drunk and then you two fight and if you guys lay off the beer or what ever then ther won't be no arguments there are alot of reasons why there are arguments caused by alot fo people becuse they can't counle themselfs alot of time

Cool off on the booze or change your drinks, this is a dangerous situation- you never argue with a drunk person!!!

Because you have not learned to communicate how you feel when you are sober. You get drunk emotions run high and bam it all comes out.

Wow calll me mr obvious, cuz your drinking and not drining responsible, if your drunk there in lies the problem, try doing something else besides getting drunk, drinking in moderation is one thing , grinking to get drunk is a problem in itself...

I'd say join some kind of therapy group. You both need it.
How often are you drunk? Consider some kind of rehab.

because you usually blurt out things when you're drunk, even though you don't know it. My parents do that all the time.
