Come at him from all directions. Tell him what you think he wants to hear, but don't say you love him unless you do (at least I personally would not, but you can say what you want!). Find the things about him that you know make him uncomfortable, make him feel comfortable about those things. Tell him he's the only one ever made you feel this way (your feeling, whatever that may be) and when you do have sex with him make sure you do the things for him you know will drive him crazy, and DO NOT point out his imperfections or get mad at him, work with your partner until you are satisfied instead. The more comfortable anyone is in bed, the more willing they become. Be careful though that you don't drive him over the edge with your bs though, it could be dangerous.

a woman can say "i want you" that works very well... or touch him in the place that will get his "younger brother" up and energetic....
