Put some layers in but don't overdo it. My hair is fine also. I went to a hairdresser in US (cheaper) once and she ruined my hair by putting too many layers, it just looked awful!
I've had my hair blonde for a while, then I read somewhere that colouring it darker will make it look fuller... Not true. My scalp is shining through and it looks bad. So I'm back to my stylist tomorrow to put in some highlights.

Maybe try highlighting, this gives it more volume, which gives the impression of think hair. Try to use some heated rollers.
Protein will help thicken your hair, not just make it LOOK thicker. Eat nuts and fish, although this may take 3 months for some your hair to change!

for fine/thin hair to look fuller/thicker it is best to go with a blunt cut......
avoid layering and razor cutting at all costs since it will make the hair look even thinner! a short to medium length cut normally looks best for fine hair.....if u grow it out too long it will most likely look stringy....
to enhance the body of the hair u can use some volumizing hair products

lots of layers and also a short, chunky bob cut would work well with your hair----use a volumizing shampoo, a conditioner that is light and rich but won't weigh ur hair down, and also some mousse and use a big round brush when you blow dry.

Layers - they add dimension to your hair and give you a lot more volume than you have. Just dont go with a plain trim because that just weighs your hair down

After you was your hair, turn head down and blow dry over top of head. try a little mouse and a curling brush not an iron! this should work just fine.

for me it depends on the girl. Like I might see a girl with black hair and think she is totally hot yet see a girl with blond tresses that is meh and vice versa.
