For me its Heights, the moment I am high up, I get butterflies, and even worse when I see it on Tv.

Having the so called 'butterflies' in your stomache relate to stress and nervousness. You get that feeling because of your emotions. It can not really be proven or anything because different people have 'butterflies' in there stomache when different things happen to them.

I believe it's the adrenaline release in our body. Things like hormones can effect you like this too.
