Im sure its difficult not speaking the language and describing your problem...it sounds like gastritis, and inflammation of the lining of the stomach.

Chest pains sounds like a rib out of place or a pinched muscle. To find out if it's a rib, take a deep breath and exhale, if yoiu gte caught half way out with it, it is a rib out of place and you need to go to a chiropractor to get it fixed. If that is not the problem, then it has to be a pinched muscle. To find a pinched muscle, lift your arm and put the same hand thumb between two ribs and trace them backwards toward your spine. When you find the pinched muscle it will be very sore and the aera between the ribs will be pinched closer. Take your thumb and get a close to the pain, on top of it woiuld even be good, but as close ot it as possible and press your thumb into the ribs hard and then a little pressure towards teh pain. hold for 30 seconds and lsowly lean your body across from the pain to stretch your back out, then release the pressure but hold your body there for one minute. If yoiu didn't find any pain between those ribs, select up or down and trace along that one until you trace them all. you can also trace forward and see if you locate pain and getting rid of it is the same way as in the back, except for the leaning, if you can stretch to the opposite side woiuld do.

Get a second opinion.. it could be a type of heart burn try Zantac and see if it gets better...
But my Mom had a 'silent heart attack' which she told me was a lot of pain mostly in the back and they didn't catch it right away. Recovery is swift but when she was like 80 they did a bypass on her.

Well it could be something to do with your lungs too, maybe pleursy...but all that burping tends to point to indigestion or something. Is something different with your diet? Are you eating or drinking something new, or more of a certain thing?
You're never too young for ANY kind of problems...I hated it when doctors would say that to me...as if it was all in my head or something.
Did they take a chest xray to see if anything else showed up?
Good luck and hope it settles down soon.

It sounds like it might be, I think it's called, "Gastritis." In the book, "Back to Eden," by Kloss(I recommend getting) it is said not to eat fruit and veggies at the same setting as they ferment in the stomach and can cause gases to develop which could cause this.

It sounds like you are having gas pains..and the reason it hurts because its gas pressure that is building up, if it were heart problems your Dr would know.
