although Ive never been Ive been told the myrtle beach area is spendid for a golfing vacation, the san diego area generally has good golfing weather(and other attractions) year round and a number of great golf courses ( I take two weeks off every year to play there since moving away), also Ive read in the major golf magazines and periodicals (golf today ,golf, golf digest , etc.)where there are great deals to go to europe and play a number of courses in a one week stay...

I can't suggest a site but I do know that the best place to golf is in Myrtle Beach, SC. They are over 100 beautiful courses. They have something for everyone regardless of your handicap. LOL!
Also, another place my husband loves to go is Santee, SC. It is a really small town but it is known for the golf courses and the fishing and that all they have their.

Go to Scotland, stay in B & Bs, rent a car and enjoy yourself. I have included a link - the link will send you a magazine that lists every course in Scotland and there are hundreds of them from 9 hole local village courses Troon, St. Andrews and the rest of the famous courses. You will find Scotland cheaper that England and the scenery is beautiful and the folks are nice.
