I KNOW HOW U FEEL I'M GOING THREW THE SAME THING RIGHT NOW. BUT IT'S A MONTH FOR ME. WHAT I CAN TELL U IS I KNOW IT FEEL LONELY AND THE THOUGHT OF SEEING OR EVEN BEING WITH SOME ONE MIGHT SCARED THE HELL OUT OF U JUST KEEP PUSHING THREW IT BECAUSE THERE IS A REASON UR NOT WITH UR EX SO DON'T KEEP PUTTING UR SELF THREW THAT. IT WILL PAST THE LONELY DAYS. BUT DID U EVER FEEL LONELY DAY WHEN U WHERE WITH UR EX. EVERY ONE WILL HAVE LONELY DAYS EVEN IF THEY ARE OR NOT IN A RELATIONSHIP. GOOD LUCK

You need to make some more friends and it would be nice to get a new boyfriend if you do it don't mean that you should spend all the time with them cause it can smother you. Don't have your ex back just because you feel alone if you do love him there must have been a good reason you broke up so think hard about that. You'll be fine Good luck

it sounds like you hav too much time on your hands, and you are dwelling, time on our own for reflection is good. do not let the lonliness push you into a rebound situation tho, you are best to try and occupy your mind with an interest or hobby, go out and enjoy your freedom too, hang out with friends too, the time isnt right to jump into another relationship yet, be confident and at ease being on your own for a while first.

Get back in touch with him then, unless he is abusive. If so, then go out with your friends more, and give yourself time to get to know yourself better.
