Visit your local unemployment office... if he is a drummer and without a girlfriend, he will likely be homeless and can be found at a local park.
To ensure you do not get a drunk, druggie, or child predator, I would contact a local church as they often have fine music talent.
By the way, I am a retired musician - and drummer. Yes, the joke about the drummer without girlfriend is incredibly accurate. So, I went to college.. haha

Hope that helps!

Do an online search for your local musicians union or call one of the local high schools or colleges.

Try your local high school band director or your local colleges. They could recommend a clarinet player.

Do you have any music stores near you? What about concert halls or recording studios?
Music stores usually have bulletinboards with musician ads but be careful here.
Recording studios usually have names of musicians that will do extra work and are REALLY good.
