See if you can make milkshakes of different flavors, chocolate, strawberry. Also see if he will eat cheese that can help to alleviate the calcium deficiency worry.
He is just expressing his likes and dislikes, mine did the same thing. I also switched to Silk soy milk for a time and got Pediasure milk. They had orange cream, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla
In the mean time if he is still a bit uncooperative, like mine was and absolutely refused milk for a time, I got calcium fortified orange juice and grape juice and gradually did the reintroduction that way.

I wouldn't worry about it. Try the chocolate or strawberry milk and if that doesn't work just make sure he eats lots of cheese and yogurt and the like.

Put a little chocolate syrup in it. (not a lot) Or put some food coloring in it. My son loves to drink green milk!!! Good luck.

I would maybe mix his milk with the chochlate or strawberry syrup not alot just enough to give it a diffrent taste...or maybe try giving him some kind of juice.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Your child is at an age where they are expressing their likes/dislikes. If your child is getting nutrients from elsewhere, he'll be fine. If anything, get him some pediatric supplements or make some carnation instant breakfast for him.
