Well u are already doing it. Flirt with him all u want. he will catch on. U could write a note to him and slip it in his locker. on the note say something like Meet me at 4 some where. IF he shows up he is interested if he don't then let it go.

1. smileing everytime he walks into a room
2. laughing at every joke he makes even if it's not funny
3. watching him while he's working but act like your not trying to let him know it
4. wink at him
5. ask him if yall can hangout some time
Those are some little things you can do, but I really don't know much cause I've always just came striaght out and spoke my mind about things like that.

dont flirt trust me, cause if hes not interested then its going to be a major turn off to him...i would let him know maybe through an email or something of that nature and if he doesnt reply then forget about him. i hope everything turns out for the best

Well you can be bold and act very confident by telling him you like him. Most guys find that very attractive in a women. You should just tell him. Say..."Hey dude....your cute. Act really confident. And he will fall for you without your even realizing it.

i think that you should. hang out with him as often as possible. become on of hos good friends. that is how a relationship starts out in my opinion. hang out with him AND his friends. good luck =]
