5 almonds can make your hungry feeling go down. They are affective for about a half hour.
The more you eat the longer you'll stay full.
If you don`t like almonds, maybe you can get a meal with plenty carbs. Carbs help you stay full although its not recommended to eat a lot of them. The slower you eat the snack and pace yourself you stomach wont hurt like it does if you munch a snack down too fast...

1 whole wheat tortilla. 1 slice of turkey, and lettuce wrap it up, and dip in 1 table spoon of ranch dressing
string cheese isnt very healthy, at 90 calories a stick, its not very filling.
also some popcorn plain with salt is healthy.
some homemade soup, with bullion cubes, and veggies [onion, celery, carrot and parsley] is Delicious

Wll i love apple and peanut butter but if you dont like peanut butter try eating nuts or granola drink lots of water that will fill you up!
