i can {{barley}} walk on my leg. because of my knee.
some kind of mild injury.
i think cracking my knee once would get it too feeling much better.
only problem is i dont know how to crack my knee!
any suggestions?

I have problems with my knees especially in the winter months. I self massage my knee for at least 30 mins using essential oils and the next day my knee is fantastic i can even run. I did a potion for myself and my friend borrowed some and his knees are so much better. seek help from an aromatherapist/ massage therapist or if its a sport injury seek help from a sports therapist as you need the use of your knees they are important. good luck.

Do you know how you injure it??? like did you bang it, and it has been hurting ever since?

If so, Take some ice and wrap it in a thin cloth and wrap the knee with it 15 mins, 15 mins off, 15 mins on, 15 mins off.....
Stay off your leg as much as you can, take aspirin as an anti-imflamatory and time will fix you.

If you don't know what caused the pain, stay off it for at least a day and see if it improves, if it does, you have just strained something, if not go see a doctor

Do not "CRACK" your knee
