I wouldn't keep them over a couple days either. Isn't that Caesar salad just wonderful and a great deal at a buck!?

A lot depends on the age of the salad stuff at the time the salad was made. If it was fresh, and you don't add any dressing, the salad may be okay for about a week, but I'd say be careful after two to three days. Look for brown edges and for brown slimy spot. Honestly, you might be better off going to the grocery store and getting bags of prepared salads, although these definitely have to be used within a few days or they get funky. Even cheaper is buying the ingredients and making your own. Is it really that hard to chop lettuce? Personally, I love the Romaine lettuce they sell at Costco. Each head makes the basis of about two big salads. They come in a six-pack and usually stay good for at least 10 days. And the salads taste fresh and crispy. Trust me, I'm very lazy when it comes to food prep. Making salad for yourself is really easy.

Please don't think me rude...but why buy salads at Wendys, when at the grocery store you can buy bags of salad for cheaper per pound?
Also produce stands have greens, and tomatoes, veggies for far cheaper and you could have a great deal more variety....
Most pre-made salads have a shelf life of 2-3 days at the very most and even then may be a bit frizzled. I have found using press n seal wrap when I make up pre-made salads for myself keeps the greens crisper longer...
